These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HelpTools browser extension and the website at helptools.org (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HelpTools is a browser extension that helps users of Lazada and Shopee analyze publicly available product reviews using AI and download publicly available product media. The Service is provided as a productivity tool and does not guarantee any commercial outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the terms of any marketplace or website;
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties, including by misusing downloaded media;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass usage limits or security of the Service;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for how you use any content or media obtained through the Service, including compliance with applicable copyright and marketplace rules.

4. Free and PRO plans

The Service offers a free plan with a limited number of actions per day and a paid PRO plan with expanded usage. Features and limits may change over time. PRO purchases are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record.

5. Billing, renewals, and cancellation

PRO subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your PRO access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

6. Refunds

7. AI-generated content

Review analyses are generated by automated AI systems and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional, financial, or purchasing advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

8. Third-party platforms

HelpTools is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lazada, Shopee, OpenAI, or any other third party. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpTools and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
